How are Patch Points calculated?

Once you sign up for the rewards program, you’ll earn 10 points for every $1 spent with Burger Patch. Please note that you will not earn Patch Points for tax, tip, discounts, applicable fees, or gift card purchases.

What can I redeem my Patch Points for?

Patch Points can be redeemed for various Patch Perks reward levels, including discounts off your next order or free menu items. You can see the different reward tiers by going to the “Loyalty” page in the app or when logged into the online ordering site. When you earn enough Patch Points to redeem a reward, app users will receive a notification that the reward tier is available for use. Patch Perks rewards change often and are subjection to expiration.

How do I earn Patch Points when I order in-store?

Simply give the cashier your phone number or show them the “Loyalty Card” on your phone (available in the “Loyalty” section of the app) to earn Patch Points in-store.

How do I earn Patch Points when I order online?

Patch Points are automatically awarded to online orders through burgerpatch.com, all you have to do is make sure you’re signed up for rewards and logged into your account.

How do I earn Patch Points when I order through the app?

Patch Points are automatically awarded to orders made through our app, all you have to do is make sure you’re logged into your account!

Can I earn Patch Points when I order through third-party delivery platforms?

No, at this time we are not able to offer Patch Points for purchases made directly through third-party delivery platforms like GrubHub, DoorDash, or UberEats. You will however earn Patch Points when you order delivery direct through the Burger Patch app or burgerpatch.com.

How do I sign up?

Click the button above or head to burgerpatch.com/patchpoints to sign up and start earning Patch Points! You can also sign up by creating an account when you order through our app or on burgerpatch.com.

Do I need to download the app to participate?

No, you do not need to download the Burger Patch app in order to earn Patch Points! However, we do recommend downloading our app as its the easiest way to earn Patch Points and redeem rewards, PLUS app users save on delivery prices and get access to exclusive in-app only deals and menu items.

How do I apply a Patch Perks reward to my purchase?

To redeem rewards in our restaurants, just show your “Loyalty Card” QR Code (available in the “Loyalty” section of the app) or give your phone number to the cashier.

To redeem rewards when ordering online or in-app, ensure you are logged in to your account and proceed to checkout and click “Apply Rewards” on the checkout screen. Select the offer you’d like to use and it will be applied to your order.

Can I redeem multiple Patch Perks rewards offers in one order?

No, only one reward can be redeemed per order.

How many Patch Points can I have?

There is no limit to how many Patch Points you can earn!

When do I get my Patch Points?

Patch Points will be credited to your account post-purchase. Please note that rewards may take up to 24hrs to be added to your account. If you still do not see your points after 24hrs, please email social@burgerpatch.com or contact the store you purchased from.

How do I check my Patch Points balance?

You can track your current points balance by clicking the “Loyalty” button in the app or by logging into the online ordering site and clicking “My Account” then “Loyalty”.

Can I earn rewards and apply them in the same order?

No. If your order has enough Patch Points for you to earn a reward, that reward will be available for use on your next order.

Do rewards expire?

Reward offers have different expiration dates depending on what the reward is. Expiration dates are listed with each reward in your account.

How do I view my Patch Perks rewards history?

You can view your rewards history by going to the “Loyalty” page in the app and clicking the “View Details” button or by logging into the online ordering site, going to the “Loyalty” page, and clicking “History”.

Can I earn Patch Points if I pay with a gift card?

Yes, you can earn Patch Points when you pay for your order with a gift card! However, you cannot earn Patch Points by purchasing a gift card.

Help! I accidentally forgot to scan my rewards card/tell my server I was part of the program!

No worries! You can always return to the Burger Patch location you purchased from and the person at the register will be able to look up your check and tie your rewards account to it within 1 week of your original order. If you can’t make it back to that location or there’s an issue locating your order, please email us at social@burgerpatch.com with your check #, name & email address.

Help! I accidentally forgot to log in when I ordered online/through the app!

Send your order #, name & email to social@burgerpatch.com and we can assist in applying the rewards within 1 week of your original order.

I don’t see my points in my account, what’s going on?

Please note that it may take up to 24hrs for your Patch Points to appear in your account after you’ve placed an order. If you still do not see your points after 24hrs, please email social@burgerpatch.com or contact the store you purchased from. Please also ensure you are logged in to the app.
